Bernard Gagnon brings a wealth of professional experience and is the driving force behind the Nation Marketplace.  In 1997, Mr. Gagnon developed a relationship with Walmart Stores, Inc. (“Walmart”) and place more than 20,000 products onto ranging from medical supplies, consumer electronics, sporting goods, kitchen appliances, personal care and numerous other categories.  Mr. Gagnon became Walmart’s primary resource for leveraging drop ship supplier’s to fulfill customer orders.

From 2002 to 2010, Mr. Gagnon transitioned into supply chain management.  He joined Kuehne-Nagel International AG (KNIN:SWX), a global logistics provider.  This was followed by a career at Expeditors International of Seattle NASDAQ: EXPD). While at Expeditors, Mr. Gagnon lead their aerospace vertical as Corporate Manager, Global Aviation and Aerospace.  During this period, Mr. Gagnon traveled throughout the United States, Europe, China, Japan, Singapore, South Korea and Russia to develop and maintain strategic relationships.

In 2018, Mr. Gagnon founded the Lithuanian Trade Council, Inc., as a non-profit, to help increase export promotion for the Republic of Lithuania.  Mr. Gagnon’s achievements and reputation in eCommerce, international trade and supply chain management is the motivating factor behind the growing success of the Nation Marketplace.  He welcomes you to connect with him on LinkedIn

Lori Gagnon has over 30 years of experience as an accomplished executive managing highly complex programs related to multi-channel retail and customer service operations. From 1997 to 1999, Lori worked to partner over twenty drop ship suppliers with to increase the company’s revenues. In 2000, she joined, as the leader and Executive Director of Customer Service. Within two years, she directed and managed over 8,000 customer care associates in multiple call centers all over the world. In 2002, Lori was promoted to Vice President of Customer Care and Operations for the Kmart Corporation.

Lori was hired by the W.C. Redmon Company (a major vendor-supplier to Walmart, Kmart, J.C. Penney, QVC, HSN, Costco and many other major retailers in the United States) to direct their corporate Sales and Marketing as Vice President and company officer. She stayed in this role for over nine years.

Currently, Lori holds the position of Vice President of Customer Care for a large company in Washington, DC and services millions of unique customers annually.  Lori is an advisor to the Nation Marketplace and is fulfilling the role of Chief Operations Officer.
